GharPadharo provides an online platform where people can discover rental accommodation and property owners can publish listings. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

You must be legally capable of entering into these terms. If you use the platform for a business or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

2. Accounts and accurate information

Keep your account details accurate and current, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly tell us if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, subject to applicable law.

Do not impersonate another person, create misleading accounts, or submit information that you do not have permission to use.

3. Property listings and interactions

Property owners are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, availability, pricing, photographs, permissions, and lawful publication of their listings. Keep listing details up to date and remove or mark a property unavailable when it is no longer offered.

Seekers should independently confirm a property’s details, terms, identity of the person offering it, and suitability before paying a deposit, signing an agreement, or moving in. A listing or verification indicator is not a guarantee of a tenancy, property condition, or transaction outcome.

GharPadharo helps users discover and connect about accommodation. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the rental agreement and any tenancy are between the owner and seeker.

4. Plans, payments, and refunds

Some owner and seeker features may require a paid plan. The plan description, price, taxes, validity, and included features shown at checkout apply to that purchase. A plan provides platform features for its stated validity; it does not guarantee a property booking, tenant, or rental income.

Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment provider. Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Acceptable use

Do not publish fraudulent, discriminatory, unlawful, or misleading content; misuse another person’s information or images; harass or threaten users; interfere with the website or its security; or use the platform to facilitate scams or unlawful transactions.

We may review reports and take proportionate action, including removing content, restricting features, or suspending an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide a way to contact us about the decision.

6. Content and platform availability

You retain rights to content you submit. You allow GharPadharo to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate, secure, and promote the platform in accordance with your settings and our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the rights needed to provide it.
